✺ Do I need to join live every morning and evening?
No.
The daily activations are shared as short voice messages inside the private Telegram group, so you can listen in your own rhythm throughout the day.
The only live session is the final Live Activation Call on June 4.
✺ How much time do I need each day?
This experience is intentionally designed for real life and full schedules.
Most activations are short and supportive, so you can integrate them gently into your morning, evening or daily routine.
✺ What if I can’t join the live activation call?
A replay will be available for 48 hours after the session.
✺ Is this only for women who already know nervous system or embodiment work?
No.
You do not need any previous experience.

As a mother, visionary and woman with a big mission myself, I know what it feels like to hold so much at once — to lead, create, care for others and build something meaningful while trying not to lose yourself in the process.
My work is about initiating visionary women into deeper self-trust, embodied truth and fully alive leadership by activating what has been dormant, reconnecting them to their life force and opening new levels of clarity, power and inner alignment.
