At the beginning of our journey, you bring a theme, a desire or an experience that is alive within you.
I read the field of your soul and attune myself to the deeper theme that wishes to reveal itself—and to what is longing to become visible through you.
This is not simply about whether I am able to accompany you.
It is essential that we both feel a clear, embodied yes to this connection.
Because the connection between us becomes the foundation of the entire journey—and of your personal Frequency Painting.
2. Soul Activation Session
Once a clear yes and a shared focus have emerged, we journey more deeply.
Within the Soul Activation Session, somatic, energetic and intuitive soul work come together.
We open a space for whatever within your soul is ready to be remembered, witnessed or reawakened.
This may be an aspect of your soul that withdrew following a particular experience.
It may be a profound and ancient soul memory.
An inner image, a gift, a frequency or a knowing that has always existed within you, yet gradually receded into the background over the course of your life.
Together, we explore:
What is ready to return to your conscious awareness?
What memory does your soul carry?
What is needed for you to safely receive, integrate and embody this energy within your life?
This is not about creating something new.
It is about reconnecting with what has always been within you.
3. Embodied Integration
Bringing a memory back into conscious awareness, reawakening a forgotten gift or reintegrating an aspect of the soul that once withdrew is the first step.
The defining step is learning to truly live this energy.
Because even after a profound inner experience, we often continue to behave as the person we once were—the identity still shaped by scarcity, conditioning and old patterns.
This is why you receive a personal integration practice.
